Starter Intake Session

A 90 minute deep dive session to explore your current health history, past health history and your body type. This will allow me to create a custom Ayurvedic wellness plan for your body type and lifestyle.

Ongoing Support Session

After you have started your journey with an intake, you will receive personalized guidance and continued support on your Ayurvedic path. You may receive guidance on diet, lifestyle, herbs and other therapies.

Midlife Chrysalis Group

Commit to your well-being with an annual membership to our holistic perimenopause club! You will learn and practice new health habits with a group of like-minded women and have fun while learning!
