Ayurveda, often called the "Science of Life," is an ancient healing system originating in India over 5,000 years ago. This holistic approach to health focuses on balancing the mind, body, and spirit through personalized dietary advice, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices.

For the past 5 years I’ve struggled with my health, including an autoimmune disease, thyroid disease, chronic Lyme disease, and experiencing symptoms of perimenopause, while also being a nurse who thought I “should know how to heal and be well!” However, finding and integrating Ayurveda into my diet and lifestyle changed everything for the better. I reclaimed my health and want to help you do the same.
